1. Overview
The Flat Drip Tape Line is designed and manufactured by Laiwu Yunfeng Water-saving Irrigation Co., Ltd. relying on 20 years of experience on drip tape production, and by attracting technique on drip tape line manufacture from home and abroad. Bye use of electric control wiring commonly used in the world, this line can be operated stably, become reliable and renewable and has high automation. The production line adopts technical specification specified by GB/T1800.3-1998.

3. Component of the Flat Drip Tape Line
3.1 Flat Dripper Identification Unit
Upon effect of centrifugal force, the recognition tunnel can recognize inline drippers automatically. Cooperated by compressed air, the drippers can be driven into the tunnel with correct direction. The device is equipped with photoelectrical switches, tunnel, and PLC control.
3.2 Flat Dripper Conveyor
A servo motor is used to drive a belt which can bring the drippers in a tunnel into an accurate place for adherence.

3.4 Vacuum Sizing Tank
Through control by accurate vacuum and water level, tape is thermally formed with drippers sticking accurately on tape wall. Tape is then cooled by circulating water, consuming less water with less operating cost. It has also special device for anti-rotation of pipe.

This unit can automatically control water temperature, and use it by circulation, thus saving water.
